OUR PROCESS
Step 1: We listen. It starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We learned how you live and what you need your home and shop space to do for you. From there we help you evaluate your land, develop your floor plan, and work through engineering. You receive a complete line item budget with every cost spelled out, including our builders fee. We handle surveys, soil, testing, permits, and HOA approvals. Before a shovel hits the dirt, you know what your home costs, when it will be finished, and exactly what is included.
Step 2: Preparing your site. (About 8 to 10 weeks.) We clear out and grade your land, set up drainage, and bring water, power, and sewer to the building pad. A well prepared site is what keeps everything after it on schedule.

Step 3: Laying your foundation (About 4 to 5 weeks.) Forms are set, plumbing is roughed in beneath the slab, and the concrete is poured. Before we move on, the foundation is inspected, approved, and documented with photos for you.
Step 4: Raising the structure (About 6 to 8 weeks) Framing goes up, the roof goes on, and the windows and doors are set. Your home is sealed from the weather, and you can walk through your rooms for the first time.
Step 5: Building the inside (About 14 to 16 weeks) Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are installed and inspected while the walls are open, and we walk every system with you before anything is covered. Then insulation, drywall, siding or metal panels, cabinets, flooring, countertops, paint, and fixtures come together. This is when the house starts to feel like you're home.
Step 4: Raising the structure (About 6 to 8 weeks) Framing goes up, the roof goes on, and the windows and doors are set. Your home is sealed from the weather, and you can walk through your rooms for the first time.

Then insulation, drywall, siding or metal panels, cabinets, flooring, countertops, paint, and fixtures come together. This is when the house starts to feel like you're home.

Step 6: Finishing touches and moving in (About 3 to 4 weeks) Final land, landscaping, appliances, and hardware go in. We walk the entire home with you and fix everything that doesn't meet our standard or yours. Final inspections pass, the certificate of occupancy is issued, and we hand you the keys, along with a complete homeowner package of warranties and manuals.
